Meet the two newest members of our family!Jack Daniels Johnny Walker

I love my two new boys. They are some sort of Australian cattle dog mix. We adopted them from a rescue center that got them from the pound when they were less than a pound. They were a litter of 5 that was abandoned (yes, they are brothers!). They are sweet boys and I couldn't decide between them so I came home with both!

Sweet Shay

We lost our sweet Shay yesterday. We are all so sad. She was such a wonderful dog (besides the occasional...ok more than occasional accident on the carpet). Like Nate said last night, we would rather clean the carpet 100 times than to have to go through this. Shay was only 4 years old, we got her for Rylee while I was pregnant with Brady. She will be so missed! I couldn't sleep last night, because she always sleeps with me. The kids said she is now Grandma and Grandpa Suzi's dog in heaven.

Easter..a little late!

I just realized that I hadn't posted Easter yet. We had our annual Easter Bunch at out house. It was fabulous, like always. Lots of food and fun! We ate, drank mimosas, and watched the kids find easter eggs.

I tried to get individual pic's of each the kiddo's. As you can see the girls are the hams!

Happy Anniversary

Today is the first anniversary that my great-grandparents are celebrating in heaven. I hope it is the best one ever. I can't believe that this week marks the one year anniversary since we lost my grandma and that June 3rd will be a year since my grandpa passed as well.

This year has flown by, I can only hope that it seems to go that quickly, until I see them again. Not that I want life to fly by, but I look forward to the day that I will see them again.

What we've been up to...

We went to Wildlife Zoo at the end of spring break, it was great fun!

Happy Birthday to Nate!!! We celebrated his last birthday in his 20's by having a party for the year he was born..1980! It was such a good time!

Nate is going to be SO SO mad at me for blogging about this, but we were cracking up the other night when we realized that Nate and Sione (from Biggest Loser) have the SAME tatoo!!!

I have been sick all week (I had pneumonia) so Nate got to go on Brady's fieldtrip to the firestation with him. They had a good time!

Rylee had a sleepover with her girlfriends from school, Haley and Sydney. All of the girls slept in Rylee's twin bed. We made easter breakfast (yes, those are eggs and pancakes!!!) they look gross, but the kids loved them!

Syd had never had a sleepover before and we had been waiting for her to be "ready" She decided she was and did awesome, she had such a good time. We are so excited that we were lucky enough to have her over and look forward to many more!

Nate and Nick had been planning all week a spectacular dinner they were going to make. We enjoyed fried chicken, Mac n' Cheese dumplings, asparagus, and strawberry shortcake...YUMMY!!!

My good friend Mandy taught me about a fun way she gets her boys to clean baseboards...check it out! He is wearing socks on his hands, Brady loves it and my baseboards are sparkling!!!

Strep AGAIN!

Guess who has strep throat AGAIN!!! My kiddos, seriously this is the second time this year....

Nate was teasing them, because when he gets strep he gets it really bad and already had it once this year, he said they were going to have to wear masks. So, I brought them home some from work today.
